The Super Kings and Stephen Fleming have decided to mutually part ways, bringing to a close one of the most successful and enduring partnerships in the history of the Indian Premier League.

End of an Era
Few coach-franchise partnerships in world cricket have matched the stability and success that Fleming and CSK built together. From the very first season to the most recent, his imprint on the team's culture โ calm, consistent, and team-first โ became synonymous with the Super Kings' identity.
As CSK begins the search for its next head coach, the challenge will be less about finding a tactician and more about finding someone who can carry forward the culture Fleming spent nearly two decades building. ๐
