After the bad news on Mhatre, here is one good piece of news for CSK fans. Ramakrishna Ghosh is getting better and is already practising at the MCA, and he has put up an Instagram story of his bowling practice. He was not named in Maharashtra's team for the opening round of the Ranji Trophy, but he should be in contention for the next one. It is a good sign after the foot fracture he suffered on his IPL debut, as we reported earlier.
Ramakrishna Ghosh is reportedly back to bowling and is said to be practising at the CSK camp in Chennai. This is not from an official CSK statement. It is based on practice videos going around on social media, so treat it as unconfirmed until the club says something. Ghosh fractured his right foot on his IPL debut on May 2, which ended his season after one game, as we covered in the CSK Squad Update. That's different from Khaleel Ahmed and Kartik Sharma, who were already practising at the camp and whose presence is official, since CSK showed them in their own vlogs. If the reports on Ghosh are right, it's a good sign that his recovery is on track.
